Disney Buys Marvel?!

I have to admit, at first I was NOT happy about the news. Frankly I was pissed and concerned for the future. Would the Punisher start shooting blanks, or special not lethal ammo? Would Wolverine return to his Samurai days and become a wuss?
I have no idea...
I can only look towards Warner Bros at Dc and think about their past few years of storylines of deaths, broken necks, people being ripped in half and just flat out carnage from top to bottom.

Would Disney leave the comics to the comic people or will they flex their muscle with a family friendly version of The Avengers?
Then I wised up and said, IT'S ALL ABOUT DA BENJI'S!

Disney will market the hell out of Marvel's properties...and that got me thinking....DISNEY WORLD 2012

Imagine the work that goes into the characters NOW, imagine if they have the Marvel Universe to play with?!
Disney would have some larger then life characters to play with....Move over Incredibles, here comes Spider-man and His Amazing Friends!

So that brought a smile to my face, and I am kind of anxious to se how this plays out

I still am not sure about this (being a cynic, I am leaning towards this being a very bad idea), but I hope this makes WB realize they need to start marketing the crap out of DC and making more movies/ video games of DC characters.

I am still waiting, and hoping the comics stay the same, better movies and merch and some wicked attractions

Hell yeah. Disneyland Marvel attractions. Hulk vs Juggernaut "sumo" suits. Thor, Odin, and Loki vs Surtur ride.
